Appearance: He has hair that seems to be half blond half brown (from his father),
and his eye color matches his twin sister Emma's eyes. When they were
the same age, they looked exactly the same. They are now easily discernable, because Maxwell was trapped in a magical prison for over a decade and did not age. He himself only remembers about three weeks of it. He has the exact same height as her from that age, and is even very light for his age, putting his weight group close but still higher then hers. He has a very high metabolism, and this keeps him thin.
Maxwell does have a scar on his back he refuses to talk about, from his time in Wonderland. He also has an odd birthmark. Three dots on his arm. They are all different in size, but the difference between the sizes is equal between the smallest and middle and middle and largest relatively, though they are all small and look like odd freckles. They also are in a perfectly straight line.
Personality: {please list some personality traits, minimum of two} He is both rash and energetic. He will try to plan things out, but he will not do it slowly. He also seems to have some mental scars from his childhood with Jafar.

Background: {at least two paragraphs} Maxwell has learned over the years many things. However, anything related to Wonderland he refuses to even admit to knowing unless its nessisary. He has a more....frequent use of his magic, not afraid of it and even enjoys it. He does not restrict it to pure combat, and has been known to use it casually several times over repeatedly. He hates being restricted, boxed in, or forced to do something against his will. Probably why he hates Jafar so much.
Emma is the only opinion he truly respects at the moment, and the only one he will listen to. He has trust issues with everyone else, even his parents. He learned the truth about Jafar, but not about them. He does not know if they are involved, or know where they are, or even care about them. He can however see the likeness between Emma and Henry, and can deduce who Henry really is. He is liable to punch whoever did his sister and just left her alone with a child. She is the one person (along with Henry) that he truly cares about.
History: {please be detailed as possible} Maxwell was born after his twin sister Emma, by seven seconds. However, when the Snow Queen and Jafar stole them from their crib, Jafar took Maxwell while the Snow Queen took Emma. Jafar then used magic from there on out to train Maxwell, to be his son, his warrior, and someone who would serve him loyally. However, Jafar pushed him farther then anyone should be. He forced so much magic down Maxwell's throat it nearly killed him.
Maxwell, having been enhanced by magic, knew how to fight, and attempted to flee Jafar's corrupted Wonderland. It was brutal, bloody, and painful, but eventually Maxwell found and liberated The Rabbit, and made him tunnel Maxwell out of there, dropping him into the same world as his twin sister Emma. Thank's to Jafar's magic, Maxwell and learned the truth, and that the memories Jafar gave him were false. He seeked out his sister, eventually finding her, but spared Emma the horrible details of what happened to him all those years. Jafar had tortured him, mentally and even a bit physically.
They were thick as thieves for several years, until the Snow Queen adopted them both. They both kept the name Swan, but eventually, the Snow Queen learned of what Maxwell knew, and trapped him inside a magical prison, wiping part of Emma's memories who witnessed it. Emma knew that she was responsible, but could remember how or why Maxwell was taken from her. Eventually, after giving birth to Henry, this inspired her to search for people, learning skills to help find him.
Only after the Snow Queen returned and tried to kill Henry with magic, that Emma discovered her own magic that let her save him. As a result, this magic freed Maxwell, forcing him back into the world.
